摘  要:目的:研究铅暴露对生长期SD大鼠血压的影响,探讨铅对生长期SD大鼠血压的剂量一效应关系、时间-效应关系。方法:使用6周龄雄性SD大鼠75只,随机分为5组,每组15只,第1、第2、第3、第4组为实验组(n=15,共计60只)和第5组为对照组(n=15)。4个实验组动物分别用15mg/kg、30mg/kg、45mg/kg、90mg/kg的醋酸铅,采用灌胃方式经消化道染毒,1次/d;对照组动物以等量的双蒸水灌胃,1次/d。实验组和对照组均采用普通饲料喂养,每组大鼠随机分为3个小组,各5只,每小组以1.1、1.2、1.3;2.1、2.2、2.3;3.1、3.2、3.3;4.1、4.2、4.3;5.1、5.2、5.3加以标注。在第10天时测1.1、2.1、3.1、4.1、5.1小组内大鼠尾动脉收缩压,随后将各组动物处死并进行血铅测定。在第30天时,对1.2、2.2、3.2、4.2、5.2各组大鼠进行同第10天时的处理;第90天时,对1.3、2.3、3.3、4.3、5.3各组大鼠动物进行同第10天时的处理。结果:在同一剂量染毒情况下,在一定时间内,SD大鼠血铅浓度随染毒时间的增加而逐渐升高;在同一染毒时间内,SD大鼠血铅浓度随剂量的增加而升高。在同一染毒剂量情况下,在一定时间内,SD大鼠尾动脉收缩压随染毒时间的增加而升高;在同一染毒时间内,SD大鼠尾动脉收缩压随剂量的增加而升高。结论:血铅浓度与尾动脉收缩压之间存在正性相关关系。Objective To investigate the influence of lead on arterial pressure in growing rats, to explore the dosage effect and time effect of lead exposed to by arterial pressure in growing rats. Methods 75 male six weeks old rats were stochastically divided into five groups ,and the groups of NO. 1 ,NO. 2 ,NO. 3 and NO. 4 were experimental group and group NO. 5 was control group, 15 rats in each group. Four experimental groups rats were caused poisoned by intragastric administration respectively using 15 mg/kg,30 mg/kg,45 mg/kg,90 mg/kg lead acetate once aday. The control group rats were intragastriclly administered with equal double distilled water once a day. The experimental groups rats and control group rats were fed with common feedstuff and double distilled water randomly. Furthermore, rats in each group were stochastically divided into three subgroups, and the subgroups were marked with 1.1,1.2,1.3 ;2.1,2.2,2.3 ;3.1,3.2,3.3 ;4.1,4.2,4.3 ;5.1,5.2,5.3 in turn. On the tenth day following the experiment, the blood tension of arteria caudilis and lead contend of blond are surveyed with the rats in subgroups 1. 1 ,2. 1、3. 1、4. 1、5. 1. On the 30^th day,the same treatments were adopted as those on the 10^th day in the subgroups 1. 2,2.2,3.2,4.2,5.2. On the 90^th day,the same treatments were adopted as those on the 10^th day in the subgroups 1.3,2.3,3. 3,4.3,5.3. Results Using the same dosage of lead within certain period of time, the lead density in blood of SD rats increased gradually as the time of lead exposure extended ; And within the same time of lead exposure, the lead density in blood of SD rats increased gradually as the lead dosage increased. Using the same dosage of lead within certain period of time, the systolic arterial pressure of arteria caudilis in SD rats increased gradually with the time of lead exposure extending; At the same time, the blood pressure of arteria caudilis increased gradually with the dosage of lead increased.
