从社会心理学的角色理论看英语教师的课堂角色

摘　　要：不断变化的人才需求形势对英语教师提出了更高的要求,英语教师的角色也因此而变得多元化。多元整合的教师角色是完成教学任务的保障。本文用社会心理学的角色理论分析英语教师的课堂角色,以期促成学生的全面发展。English teachers＇ roles have undergone great changes with the increasingly higher demand required by constantly changing social needs for talents. Only pluralistic integration of teachers＇ roles can safeguard a successful accomplishment of teaching tasks. From a new perspective of the role theory in social psychology, this paper intends to reexamine the classroom role of English teachers in the hope of improving students＇ overall English competence.
