摘  要:销售市场上制售假冒伪劣产品长期以来困扰茅台酒的发展,消费者在消费时总是提心吊胆,怕买到假货。不法者制假贩假,严重侵犯消费者和茅台酒厂的权益。要实现国酒拥有一个真实健康的市场发展环境,必须分析茅台酒销售市场制售假冒伪劣品现状,从市场规制出发,采取有效措施,净化茅台酒市场,才能维护消费者权益和维护国酒品牌。The sham Maotai products in the selling market has seriously hindered the health development of Maotai Liquor. Consumers are in fear of purchasing sham Maotai products and the lawless manufacturers' action (producing and selling sham Maotai products) has seriously violated the rights and interests of the consumers and Maotai Distillery. In order to establish a health market development environment for Maotai Liquor, we must analyze the present status of Maotai selling market and formulate relative laws and regulations to clean up the market, which could protect consumers' benefits and Maotai brand effectivelv.
