艾迪注射液对晚期肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察艾迪注射液治疗晚期肿瘤的疗效及免疫指标的变化。方法回顾性分析我院98例晚期肿瘤患者资料,其中用艾迪注射液加一般营养支持疗法(治疗组)56例,单纯一般营养支持疗法(对照组)42例;治疗1月后比较Karnofsky评分、体重、外周血细胞、免疫指标的变化。结果治疗组Karnofsky评分、生活质量及免疫指标均有提高。结论艾迪注射液能提高晚期肿瘤的疗效和免疫功能。Objective： To observe the effects of Aidi lnjection（艾迪注射液） in treating patients with cancer in advanced stage, and on immunologic parameters. Methods： Evaluate data of 98 patient with cancer in advanced stage. 56 patients treated by Aidi Injection combined with nutrition and sustaining, 42 patients treated by nutrition and sustaining alone. After treatment（1 month）, the Karnofsky scores, body weight, peripheral blood cells and immunologic parmeters were studied. Results： The improvement was obtained significant on the immuunologic parameters and could the quality of life, as karnofsky scored in the Aidi Injection group. Conclusions： Aidi Injection could improve the immunologic functions in patients with cancer in advanced stage.
