摘　　要：21世纪是知识经济时代,知识经济将逐步替代工业经济成为国际经济中占主导地位的经济。知识经济作为一种创新型经济,既推动了生产力的发展,又对生产力提出新的要求。知识经济条件下,作为2 l世纪先进生产力主体的网络生产力,以互联网和信息交换为依托,呈现出信息化、技术化、效益化和高度智能化的特点和优势,对我国现代经济发展有巨大的推动作用。The 21st century is the knowledge economy times, the knowledge economy gradually substitutes the industry economy to occupy the dominant economic position in the international economy. As one kind of innovation economy, the knowledge economy not only impels the productive forces development,but also puts forward the new request to the productive forces. Under the knowledge economy condition, as the 21 st century the main body network productive forces of advanced one, it has the huge impetus function to our country modern economy development through taking the Internet and the exchange of information as a backing which presents the characteristics and the superiority ofinformation,technology, benifit and high intelligence.
