整合素αvβ3在前列腺癌的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨整合素αvβ3在前列腺癌(PCa)中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学链酶抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连接法(S-P法)检测整合素αvβ3在41例前列腺癌中的表达,另20例正常前列腺组织作对照。结果免疫组织化学发现:在前列腺癌组织中整合素αvβ3表达上调,正常组织与肿瘤组织表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。整合素αvβ3在前列腺癌组织的表达随着PCa的病理分级、临床分期增加其表达上调(P<0.05),与PCa的病理分化程度呈负相关(P<0.01)。在各术前血清PSA值组中,整合素αvβ3的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论整合素αvβ3可能在前列腺癌的发生、发展及恶性进展过程中起重要作用,检测整合素αvβ3有助于对PCa的恶性程度、转移潜能和预后的判断。Objective To study expression of integrinαvβ3 in prostate carcinoma （PCa/and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods Using streptavidin- biotin peroxidase（S- P） method, the expression of diversity of integrinαvβ3 protein in 41 cases with prostatic cancer was measured and compared with 20 normal prostate tissues. However, the expression of integrinαvβ3 proteins was increased in PCa tissues compared to normal ones（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Within the specimens of PCa group, the differences were statistically significant among various WHO pathological grade and clinical stage （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a negative correlation between the expression of integrinαvβ3 and pathological grades（ P 〈0. 01 ）. Within the specimens of PCa group, the differences of the expression of integrinαvβ3 was statistically insignificant among various preoperative serum prostate - specific antigen level（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of integrinαvβ3 proteins was increased in PCa tissues compared to normal ones. It appears that the rise of integrinαvβ3 expression in PCa is considered to be an important factor in the development of PCa. Integrinαvβ3 played an important role in the malignant progression of PCa and could be used as a marker of malignant potention and prognosis of patient with PCa.
