摘  要:目的研究雌激素预处理对双侧卵巢切除大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤程度的影响。方法60只雌性SD大鼠,随机分为三组:假手术组、模型组(MCAO组)及雌二醇组(E2+MCAO组),采用线栓法制备双侧卵巢切除大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,脑缺血2 h、再灌注24 h,观察各组死亡率、神经功能缺损评分、脑梗死体积比、雌激素水平并分析比较。结果与模型组比较,雌二醇组的死亡率、神经功能缺损评分、脑梗死体积比降低,雌激素水平升高。结论雌激素预处理能减轻双侧卵巢切除大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤程度。Objective To study the effects of estradiol pretreatment on cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injury in ovariectomized rats. Methods 60 female SD rats were divided randomly into three groups , sham - operated group , middle cerebral artery occlusion group (MCAO) , and middle cerebral artery occlusion rats treated with 17β - estradiol group ( E2 + MCAO). Focal cerebral ischemia - reperfusion models were induced by left middle cerebral artery occlusion of young female SD rats which were bilaterally ovariectomized one week ago. Accumulating mortality, neurological function deficit scores , infarct volume ratio and serum estradiol concentration were analysed statistically among these three groups. Results Accumulating mortality, neurological function deficit scores and infarction volume ratio in estradiol group were significantly decreased as compared with model group, the level of serum estradiol in estradiol group was significantly higher than that in model group. Conclusion Estradiol pretreatment can attenuate cerebral ischemia- rcperfusion injury in ovariectomized rats.
