肝细胞癌P27表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的研究P27蛋白表达与肝细胞癌发生、发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法分别检测肝细胞癌及正常肝组织中P27蛋白表达。结果P27在肝细胞癌中阳性表达率为38.3%(23/60),与正常肝组织80.0%(8/10)相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。P27阳性表达率下降与临床病理分级、门静脉侵犯或转移、肿瘤大小有关(P<0.05)。结论P27在肝细胞的发生、发展中起重要的抑制作用。P27蛋白表达降低的肝细胞癌易发生门静脉侵犯或转移,肝内转移。它是一个肝癌的预后指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of P27 protein and carcinogenesis, development of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The expression of P27 protein was examined by SP Cojugated method in hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） and normal individuals, respectively. Results The positive rate of P27 protein expression was 38.3 %（23/60） in HCC which showed a significant difference from those normal individuals （ P 〈 0.05 ）. P27 protein expression might be related to histologic grade and portal vein invasion and metastasis and size of cancle in HCC （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions P27 protein might play important suppressor role in the carcinogenesis and devolopment of HCC. HCC with low expression of P27 might easily lead to lymphnode metastasis and portal vein invasion. P27 protein could be a new tumor marker for HCC.
