结直肠癌P27蛋白表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的研究P27蛋白表达与结直肠癌发生、发展等关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法分别检测结直肠癌及正常结直肠黏膜中P27蛋白表达。结果P27在结直肠癌中阳性表达率为31.3%(20/64),与正常结直肠黏膜组织100.0%(10/10)相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。P27阳性表达率下降与肿瘤的分化程度,浸润深度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有密切相关,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论P27在结直肠癌的发生发展中起重要的抑制作用。P27蛋白表达降低的结直肠癌易发生淋巴结及远处转移和肌层浸润,P27是结直肠癌预后的一个独立指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of p27 protein and carcinogenesis, development of colorectal cancer. Methods The expression of p27 protein was examined by S - P Cojugated method in Coloreetal cancer and normal coloreetal mucosas, respectively. Results the positive rate of p27 protein expression was 31.3% （20/64） in coloreetal cancer which showed a significant difference from those normal coloreetal mucosas （ P 〈 0.05 ）. p27 protein expression might be related to depth of invasion and TNM stage and lymphnode metastasis in colorectal cancer （P 〈 0.05）. Conelusions p27 protein might play important suppressor role in the carcinogenesis and devolopment of colorectal cancer. Colorectal cancer with low expression of p27 might easily lead to lymphnode metastasis and muscularis invasion. P27 protein could be a new tumor marker for colorectal neoplasms.
