原发性耻骨滑膜肉瘤的病理诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨少见部位原发性滑膜肉瘤的临床病理特征及其鉴别诊断。方法报道1例耻骨原发性滑膜肉瘤并复习相关文献。结果滑膜肉瘤一般具有双向分化特点,由上皮样细胞和梭形细胞组成,免疫组化可表达Vimentin、广谱CK、低分子量CK、bcl-2、S-100、CD99等。结论滑膜肉瘤组织形态多变,易与各种软组织肿瘤混淆,免疫组化在其诊断与鉴别诊断中具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the clinic - pathological features and differential diagnosis of the synovial sarcoma derived in uncommon location. Method In this article, one case of synovial sarcoma hits the pubis primarily was reported and literature review were also given. Results Synovial sarcoma possessed bi - phases differentiation characters usually, composed of epithelioid cells and spindle cells, which expressed Vimentin, CK - pan, low molecular CK, bcl - 2, S - 100 protein and CD99. Conclusion Synovial sarcoma has diverse histological features; the immunohistochemistry staining plays an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the Synovial sarcoma.
