初诊鼻咽癌患者临床证型与外周血淋巴细胞核蛋白差异表达相关性的初步分析

摘　　要：目的探讨初诊鼻咽癌患者临床证型与其外周血淋巴细胞核蛋白差异表达的相关性。方法采用二维电泳差异蛋白质表达鉴别策略,在与健康对照者进行差异表达点鉴别分析的基础上,对不同证候初诊鼻咽癌患者的临床证型与外周血淋巴细胞核蛋白差异表达特点的相关性进行初步探讨。结果不同证型初诊鼻咽癌患者与健康对照者的外周血淋巴细胞核蛋白二维电泳图谱匹配分析结果表明,不同临床证型存在大量的差异表达蛋白斑点。结论不同证型初诊鼻咽癌患者外周血淋巴细胞核蛋白具有各自的差异蛋白质表达模式,这些差异蛋白质的功能特性以及与临床证型的病理关联性值得进一步深入探讨。Objective To investigate the interrelation between differential expression of nuclear proteins in peripheral lymphocytes and clinical patterns .in patients with untreated nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）. Methods Two-dimension electrophoresis was used to identify the differential expression of nuclear proteins. The interrelation between patients with untreated NPC in different clinical patterns and differential expression of the lymphocytic nuclear protein dots in peripheral blood was analyzed compared with these in healthy persons. Results The result of analysis showed that there were many differentially expressed protein clots on the 2-D gel electrophoresis in lymphatic nuclear proteins. Conclusions The varying expression model of the differential protein in the peripheral lymphatic nuclear proteins exists in the patients with different clinical patterns of NPC, and the pathological interrelation between the functional properties of these differential protein and the pathology of clinical patterns is worth to be investigated further.
