盐石膏晶型转化及处理浅见

摘　　要：本文通过在实验室数码显微镜下观察现生产各效石膏在不同时间的晶型,了解到石膏的长大及转化过程极为缓慢;建议制盐系统排出的石膏无需再使用庞大的晶型转化桶,而可采用不经转化、直接进行固液分离的方式,以减少占地和设备投入,节约时间,降低能耗。By observing crystal form of gypsum at different effect at different time with digital microscope in the laboratory,we learned that growing and transformation process of gypsum is rather slow.h is suggested that huge crystal transformation tank be not used for gypsum discharged from salt making system.Instead,dlrect solid-liquid separation process without transformation can be adopted so as to decrease land occupation and equipment investment,save time and lower energy consumption.
