摘　　要：目的探讨病案信息在医院感染管理领域的应用。方法分析病案信息系统的内涵和医院感染管理的研究范畴。结果病案信息是医院感染监测系统最原始、最全面的资料来源;病案信息为医院感染回顾性调查提供最便捷的途径;提高病案质量管理有助于加强医院感染管理;病案信息化管理乃大势所趋。结论病案信息在医院感染管理领域具有重要的应用价值。Objective To explore the application of medical record information in the field of nosocomial infection management .Methods Analyzing the connotation of the medical record information system and investigating the category of nosocomial infection management. Result The medical record information is the primitive and comprehensive source of nosocomial infection system; Medical record information provids the convenient way for the retrospective analysis of nosocomial infection; to improve the quality of the medical record management of nosocomial infection will enhance the management of the medical record, and it will be helpful for the strengthening the management of nosocomical infection .Conclusion Medical record information is of important value in the field of nosocomial infection management.
