摘　　要：本文调查了河南省机电高等专科学校05级五年制学生体育锻炼活动的情况。旨在探索提高五年制学生体育活动的主动性和自觉性。并根据调查分析结果,为五年制学生体育的开展提出了相关建议,为更好的开展五年制体育课提供参考,为他们形成终身体育的意识提供帮助。This article investigated the situation of five-year students in Henna Mechanical and Electrical Engineering College, I discovered some problems that five years students can initiatively take part in physical training and the schoolboy more than the schoolgirl; they are short of interest to physical training and having wrong attitudes and aims of learning; the college await to improve on sports facility and dissemination to offer reference to implementing five-year students＇ Physical Education course and to offer help for them to form consciousness of all-life exercises.
