摘　　要：数字图书馆将分散于不同载体的信息资源以数字化的方式存储并以网络化的方式传播,其间会涉及信息资源数字化、信息资源传播、信息资源服务等方面的知识产权问题。本文阐述了知识产权的概念、数字图书馆信息资源建设中面临的知识产权问题及保护对策。The digital library stores the information resource distracting from the different carriers with mode of digital and diffuses with mode of network, which will touch upon the issue of intellectual property fight in the information resource digitization, information resource transmission, information resource service etc. This paper analyzes the concept of intellectual property right, intellectual property fight problem faced in the digital library information resource construction, puts forward the protection countermeasures.
