摘　　要：近年来,随着知识管理研究的不断深化,知识库在企业经营管理中的作用也日益突显。本文阐述了企业知识库构建的基础、知识库信息收集、信息组织以及知识库的管理和应用,并指出了设置知识库专职管理人员的重要性。With the continuous deepening of knowledge management research, the role of KnowledgeBase has become more prominent in business management. In this paper, the author studies the basic construction of enterprise KnowledgeBase, information collection, information organization, management and application of KnowledgeBase, and points out the importance of establishing full - time managers of KnowledgeBase.
