摘　　要：目的探讨自配PEROX3试剂是否能应用于ADVIA 120血细胞分析仪。方法分析原装试剂原理、理化指标;研制效果相同的试剂,并作一系列比对试验。结果自配试剂经5 mo的临床实验,其各项指标:Neut(%)、Lym(%)、Mono(%)、Eos(%)、Baso(%)、LUC(%)和WBCP等与进口试剂的检测结果是一致的,无显著性差异,结果满意。结论自配的PEROX 3试剂可替代进口试剂运用于ADVIA 120血细胞分析仪。Objective To investigate whether self-made perox 3 reagent can be use for ADVIA 120 hematology system. Methods The principle, the physical and chemical parameters of original reagent were analyzed ,and the reagent with similar effect was made,as well as a series comparisons were observed. Results Various variables such as Neut（%）,Lym （%）, Mono （%）, Eos （%）, Baso （%）, LUC （%） and WBCP analyzed with self-made reagent were similar and no sigrti ficant difference with the original reagent. Conclusion The self-made perox 3 reagent can be use to replace the imported original reagent for ADVIA 120 hematology system.
