企业信息技术应用绩效影响因素的实证研究

摘　　要：目前,企业在信息技术应用方面的投入越来越大,期望获得理想的收益,但是其应用绩效却受到诸多因素的影响。本文通过运用结构方程模型对企业信息技术应用绩效的影响因素进行实证分析,研究表明:在企业信息技术应用过程中,企业管理与文化的变革与创新影响着信息技术应用项目的实施与控制水平,而信息技术应用的需求分析和实施与控制直接影响着信息技术的应用绩效。但是,企业信息技术应用的系统选型及设计水平与企业信息技术应用绩效的正相关假设不成立。At present, the investment of the information technology in enterprise was being more and more, The investors want to gain considerable returns, but its application performance was impacted from many factors, In this paper, Applying structural equation model on the empirical research we find that the innovation of enterprise management and culture directly impact on the level of application and control of information technology. Demand analysis and control in application of information technology directly impact on the application performance of information technology. However, the hypothesis on the level of system selecting and designing of information technology applied in enterprises positive impact on application performance of enterprise information technology was not supported.
