马铃薯新品种陇薯5号的选育

摘　　要：陇薯5号是由小白花×119-8的杂交后代选育而成。晚熟,生育期115天左右,薯块休眠期较长。薯块椭圆形,白皮白肉,芽眼较深,表皮较光滑,商品薯率88.9%～98.1%。淀粉含量平均19.49%,Vc含量平均28.7mg/100g,粗蛋白含量平均2.44%,还原糖含量平均0.57%。高抗晚疫病,对花叶病毒病和卷叶病毒病具有较好的田间抗性。每667m2产量2000kg左右,高产可达4000kg。适宜甘肃省高寒阴湿、二阴、干旱及半干旱地区推广种植。The potato variety of Longshu No.5 was developed by crossing female parent Xiao bai hua with male parent 119-8. It is a late maturity variety, and takes about 115 days from sowing to harvest. Its dormant period is rather long.The tuber is ellipse shaped, with white skin, white flesh,rather deep eyes, and rather smooth surface. The rate of marketable tuber is 88.9%-98.1%. The average content of starch is 19.49%,VC is 28.7 mg/100 g,crude protein is 2.44%, reducing sugar is 0.57%. It is high resist to late blight, resist to the potato mosaic virus and potato leafroll virus in the field.It yields about 2 000 kg/667 m^2, and has high yield of 4 000 kg/667 m^2. It is suitable to the region of hilly and humid, half shaded land, drought and semi-arid area of Gansu.
