摘  要:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析鉴定了超临界和溶剂萃取地八角提取物的化学成分,同时采用自由基的清除能力来测定八角提取物的抗氧化性。GC-MS分析结果表明:二种提取物中共分离出63个峰,有机溶剂和超临界CO2萃取地提取物分别鉴定出57和53种化合物,各占面积的97.77%和97.17%;其中主要成分反式茴香脑相对含量分别为70.61%和77.31%。DPPH自由基(2,2—联苯-1-三硝基苯肼,DPPH·)检测法表明,两者均有一定的自由基清除能力,但在相同浓度下溶剂萃取地八角提取物对DPPH自由基的清除能力略强于超临界萃取地提取物,并且在大于0.3g/L浓度时,两种提取物的清除自由基的能力接近BHT和Vc。The chemical composition of star anise extracts by two methods of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and organic solvent extraction (SE) were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Then their antioxidation was measured by free radical scavenging. The results showed that the total 63 peaks were separated from SFE and SE by GC-MS , 57 and 53 compounds were identified,correspondingly accounting for 97. 77% and 97. 17% of all compounds . Among them ,the anti-anethole ,the main component of extracted ,was 70. 61% and 77.31% by SE and SFE ,respectively. By the method of DPPH· (2,2-diphenyl-l-picrylhydrazyl)analyzing, two extracts also possess certain ability of scavenging free radical,but the ability of SE were slightly stronger than that of SFE at the same concentration, and above 0.3g/L the scavenging free radical ability of two extracts were close to that of BHT and Vc.
