摘　　要：气是构成世界的基本物质,也是构成人体、并维持生命活动的基本物质。气的运动称为气机,在人体,升降出入是气运动的基本形式。人体的气处于不断地运动变化之中,时刻推动、激发着人体的各种生理活动。气的升降出入失去协调平衡,就会出现各种病理变化,升降出入运动停止,人的生命活动也就终止了。Qi is the basic substance constituting of the world, and it ＇also the fundamental substances constituting the human body and maintaining its life activities. The movement of Qi is called Qi activity. The ascending, descending, exiting and entering are the basic forms of Qi in the human body. Qi in the human body is moving and changing all the time to promote and activiate the physiological activities of the human body. The imbalance of ascending ,descending, exiting and entering of Qi will induce all kinds of pattlologic changes. Once the movements stop,it means that the life activities cease and death ensues.
