通痹灵及3种抗类风湿药体外杀精子实验

摘　　要：目的:观察通痹灵及3种抗类风湿制剂正清风痛宁片、甲氨蝶呤片、雷公藤多甙片的体外杀精子活性,初步评价各药的抗生育作用。方法:按照世界卫生组织(WHO)标准方法,测定不同浓度的药物稀释液对大鼠精子3m in内的最低杀精浓度。结果:正清风痛宁片、通痹灵、甲氨蝶呤片、雷公藤多甙片提取物最低杀精浓度分别为(1234±427)、(822±387)、(478±149)、(29±22)mg/mL。结论:4种药的体外杀精活性依次为雷公藤多甙片>甲氨蝶呤片>通痹灵>正清风痛宁片。Objective ：To observe the activity of Tongbi Ling（TBL）and other three anti -rheumatoid tablets：Zhengqing Fengtong Ning（ ZQFTN ）, Methotrexate （ MTX ）, Multiglycosidove Triperygium （MGT） on spermicidal action and evaluate these drugs＇effects of antifertility. Methods ：According to the standard method of world health organization （WHO）, determiue the minimum concentration of each medicine which kills sperm of rats in 3 minutes. Results ： The minimum spermicidal concentrations of the extractions ZQFIN, TBL, MTX, MGT were ： 1234± 427,822 ±387,478± 149,29 ± 22 （mg/mL）. Conclusion ：The most effective action was made by the MGT group ,followed in turn is the MTX, TBL and ZQFIN groups.
