摘　　要：目的:探讨孔圣枕中丹对痴呆动物模型学习记忆障碍NMDA的作用机制。方法:建立VD大鼠模型,中药干预后,免疫组织化学法观察NMDA、NOS的表达,分光光度法检测NO含量,流式细胞技术检测细胞内钙浓度。结果:孔圣枕中丹能抑制VD大鼠脑海马神经元NMDA受体及NOS活性的升高,降低NO浓度及细胞内钙浓度。结论:孔圣枕中丹能抵抗兴奋性毒性和NO对神经元的损伤。Objective： To debate the NMDA mechanisms of learning and memory disorder of Zhenzhong pill on VD rats. Methods ：Duplicating VD animal model, using immunohistochemical method to detect NMDA and NOS expression, spectrophotometry to dectect content of NO, FCM technique to detect content＇s of Ca^2＋. Results： Zhenzhongpill can markedly repress the expression of NMDA and NOS, reduce tile contents of NO and Ca^2＋ of neuron of VD rats. Conclusion ： Zhenzhong pill can antagonize damage of excitability toxicity and NO to nerve cell.
