摘　　要：抑郁症是一种危害很大的精神障碍性疾病,其病因及发病机制尚不清楚,抑郁症中出现的免疫活化及由此产生的细胞因子异常逐渐引起人们的重视。文章综述了细胞因子与抑郁症这一精神免疫学交叉领域的最新研究进展,旨在探讨从细胞因子角度治疗抑郁症的思路与方法。Depression is a kind of hazardous mental aberration disease and its etiolog3, and pathogenesis were not dear. More attentions are being paid to the immune activation and cytokine abnormality during the course of depression. To provide a novel concept and method on the treatment of depression from cytokine point of view, we reviewed recent research advancements about depression and cytokine,a intersection between psychiatry and immunology.
