摘　　要：给出了局部α-双对角占优矩阵的相关概念,在严格局部α-双对角占优及不可约局部α-双对角占优矩阵的条件下,获得了非奇异H-矩阵的实用判别准则,并用数值例子加以验证。The concepts of local a-doubly diagonally dominant matrix is introduced in this paper, under the conditions of strict local a-doubly diagonally dominant and irreducible local a-doubly diagonally dominant, practical criterions of nonsingular H-matrix are obtained, at last, numerical example is given to prove.
