摘　　要：从界面管理的角度出发,提出了物流外包的界面集成框架,将物流外包界面分为物流界面、信息界面和管理界面;并在此基础上建立物流外包风险识别的三维结构模型,分析物流外包风险类型及其特征,最后对各种风险的来源及影响进行归纳与总结,为物流外包风险识别提供了一种新的思路。The paper puts forward the interface integrated framework, divides the interface of logistics outsourcing into logistics interface, information interface and management interface. On this basis, it builds up 3D model to identify the logistics outsourcing risk, analyzes the types and features of logistics outsourcing risk and summarizes the source and impacts of various risks.
