艾素联合艾恒治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察以艾素联合艾恒治疗30例晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法30例晚期非小细胞肺癌用艾素100mgd1静脉滴注，艾恒200mg静脉滴注d1，3周重复，2～3周期后按WHO标准评价疗效。结果30例患者中CR（完全缓解）1例，PR（部分缓解）14例，NC（稳定）10例，PD（进展）5例。总有效率（CR＋PR）50％，主要毒副作用是骨髓抑制和消化道反应。结论艾素联合艾恒治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效较高。Objective To observe the effect and side effects of combined chemotherapy of docetaxel and oxaliplatin in the treatment of 30 cases of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods 30 patients with NSCLC were chemotherapeutically treated by docetaxel 100 mg intravenously dl and oxaliplatin 200 mg intravenously dl,with 3 weeks as a cycle. After 2 or 3 cycles the effect and side effects were evaluated by WHO criteria. Results CR was achieved in 1 case, PR in 14,NC in 10 and PD in 5. The overall （CR＋PD） were 50% The toxicities were nauseous/ vomiting and neutropenia. Conclusion It is suggested that the combined chemotherapy of docetaxel oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced NSCLC is more effective.
