摘  要:论述了单缸轴向内燃泵的结构原理,建立了考虑系统液、固、气耦合的工作过程的动力学微分方程,给出了求解的初始条件。内燃泵曲轴角速度在一个工作循环内有明显波动,泵腔内的流质压力在阀门开闭时出现阶跃。同传统的活塞式内燃机驱动柱塞泵系统相比,内燃泵全工况燃油消耗率降低12%-42.78%,有效热效率提高13.63%-74.75%,运转不均匀度降低4.66%-15.57%,输出流质压力提高15.21%-76.61%。The structural principle of single-cylinder axial ICP is described. The dynamic differential equations of its working process considering the coupling of fluid, solid and gas is constructed, at the same time, the initial solving conditions are given. The angular velocity of crankshaft has obvious pulsation in one working cycle. The fluid pressure in pump cylinder shows phase step at switching moment of inlet and outlet valves. Compared with traditional piston type ICE driving plunger pump system, the full-working-condition performance of ICP improves greatly, fuel consumption about 12% -42.78%, effective thermal efficiency about 13.63% - 74.75% , running unevenness about 4.66% - 15.57%, output pressure about 15.21% - 76.61%, etc.
