摘　　要：简要介绍了质量、环境和职业健康安全三个管理体系的整合运行原理,着重通过"三标合一"的管理体系在电力施工企业运行实践中易出现的问题作一探讨。文中从问题产生的原因、危害以及解决问题的对策作了深入的分析和讨论。This article briefly introduces the integrated working principle of the three management system of Quality, Environment, security and occupational healthiness. And it mainly discuss the frequently appearing problems during electric construction enterprises practice by the integrated management system. It also deeply analyzes and discusses the cause, harm and countermeasure of those problems.
