摘　　要：目的了解肝癌患者围手术期的生活质量（QOL）。方法对91例接受肝叶切除的肝癌患者，采用癌症患者QOL调查表进行调查，并对结果进行分析。结果患者术前及术后第1、2周QOL均分分别为46．78、34．48和43．99分；影响患者QOL的主要负性因素为：负性情绪和精神压力、疼痛和活动障碍、生活自理能力低下等。结论肝脏手术对肝癌患者QOL的影响较大，以术后第1周最为显著。Objective To study the quality of life for perioperative patients with liver cancer. Methods Interviewed 91 patients who had accepted the liver resection by liver cancer patient quality of life scale, and then analyzed the datum. Results The mean values of the quality of life for patients with liver cancer before and the first and second week after the operation were 46.78, 34.48 and 43.99. The negative factors which had influenced patients with liver cancer were negative emotions, pressure, pains, limited movements and low self-caring ability. Conclusions The influence of liver resection on the quality of life for patients with liver cancer is significant, especially in the first week after the operation.
