摘　　要：恶性胶质瘤是成年人最好发的中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤,随着对肿瘤分子机制理解的深入,提出了分子靶向疗法。这一针对恶性肿瘤的新疗法,可以改善肿瘤患者的治疗效果,同时降低药物毒性。分子靶向治疗属于肿瘤的生物治疗范畴,其原理主要是针对恶性肿瘤细胞与正常组织细胞之间的差异,使抗肿瘤药物特异地杀伤肿瘤细胞,而对正常组织细胞影响较小,从而提高患者生存质量、延长生存时间。Malignant glioma is the most common malignant tumor of central in our eongnition of the molecular mechanism of cancers has led to targeted nervous system in adults. Advance molecular therapies that may permit the improvement of therapeutic efficacy and reduce the toxicity of drugs. Targeted molecular therapy belongs to biotherapy. Its theory is：aiming at the differences between malignacy cells and normal tissue cells, antitumor drugs specificly kill cancer cells but hardly influence normal tissue cells, which could raise patients＇ life quality and extend the survival time.
