摘  要:目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中PTTG和VEGF蛋白的表达相关性及其与肺癌发展之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测57例NSCLC组织及6例良性病变肺组织中PTTG和VEGF蛋白的表达。结果: NSCLC组织PTTG和VEGF蛋白的阳性表达率分别为82.5%和77.2%,在良性病变肺组织中均未检测到两者的表达。上述两种组织之间的PTTG和VEGF蛋白表达均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。PTTG和VEGF蛋白表达与TNM分期和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、病灶部位、组织学类型及分化程度无关(P>0.05)。癌组织中PTTG和VEGF蛋白的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.385,P=0.003)。结论:PTTG和VEGF在非小细胞肺癌中高表达,两基因表达成显著正相关,与非小细胞肺癌的发展及转移关系密切。Objective: To investigate the correlation of expression of pituitary tumor transforming gene(PTTG) and vessel epithelial growth factot(VEGF) proteins and study its role in the development of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC ). Methods: The expression of FTTG and VEGF proteins was detected by SP immunohistochemical technique in 57 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 6 cases of benign lung lesions. Results: The positive rates of PTTG and VEGF proteins in NSGLG were 82,5% and 77.2% respectively. There was no expression, of PTTG and VEGF proteins in 6 cases of benign lung lesions. There was significant difference in the expression of PTTG and VEGF proteins in the two kinds of tissues (P〈0.05). The expression of PTTG and VEGF proteins was closely related to TNM stages and lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05), but was not related to sex or age of the patients, tumor sizes, the location of tumor, types of histology and tumor differentiation (P〉0.05). The expression of FTTG protein was significandy positively correlated with that of VEGF protein in NSCLC (r=0.385, P=0.003). Conclusions: There is a significant positive correlation between high expression of FTTG and VEGF proteins in NSCLC. The high expression of PTTG and VEGF proteins may be related to the development and metastasis of NSGLG.
