摘　　要：目的:探讨急性胰腺炎严重程度与胰腺腺泡细胞凋亡的关系。方法:牛磺胆酸钠逆行胰胆管注射制作不同程度的AP模型,原位末端标记法(TUNEL)检测大鼠胰腺腺泡细胞凋亡率。结果:对照组凋亡细胞很少,AEP组存在较多的细胞凋亡,ANP组凋亡指数较低,两组之间差别有显著性。结论:胰腺腺泡细胞凋亡与急性胰腺炎严重程度呈负相关。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the severity of acute pancreatitis and apoptesis of pancreatic acinar cells.Methods：The acute pancreatitis models with different degrees of severity in rate of wistar were established by retrograde injection of sodium taurocholate into biliopancreatic duct respectively.The apoptosis of Pancreatic acinar cell in acute pancreatitis was detected by TUNEL method.Results：A few apoptotic acinar cells were found in control group,but a high degree of apoptosis was found in the AEP group,in ANP group very little apoptosis was seen.There was significant difference between two groups.Conclusion：The degree of pancreatic acinar cell apoptesis in inversely related to the severity of acute pancreatitis.
