胰岛素瘤9例诊治分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨胰岛素瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析1993年10月～2006年6月本院收治的胰岛素瘤9例,并结合国内外有关文献报道进行诊治分析。结果:9例胰岛素瘤均行手术治疗,病理证实8例,其中良性胰岛素瘤7例,恶性胰岛素瘤1例。结论:胰岛素瘤临床主要表现为典型的Wipple三联征。对良性胰岛素肿瘤宜行单纯肿瘤切除或胰腺部分切除,对恶性肿瘤应采用扩大范围的根治性肿瘤切除术为主的综合治疗。Objective ：To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of insulinoma.Methods ：9 patients with insulinoma from October,1993 to June,2006 were analyzed retrospetively.The diagnosis and treatment of insulinoma were also discussed based on the recent native and foreign hteratures.Results：All of 9 patients with insulinoma were operated.8 were confimed by pathology,which included 7 cases classified as benign insulinoma,1 case of malignant insuhnoma.Conelusion：The patients with insulinoma have the typical Wipple s triplecombined symptom.It should be performed simply tumor remove or partial pancrease resection for benign insulinoma.Extended radical resection combined with other comprehensive treatment is benefited for malignant insulinoma.
