摘　　要：目的:探讨上皮样肉瘤的临床、病理特征。方法:通过光镜和免疫组化对1例左前臂上皮样肉瘤进行病理组织学观察,并复习相关文献。结果:本例肿瘤由上皮样细胞和梭形细胞构成,呈结节状排列,浸润性生长;免疫组化示细胞角蛋白(Cytokeratin,CK),上皮膜抗原(epithelial membrane antigen,EMA),波形蛋白(vimentin,Vim),和S-100蛋白(S-100)阳性。结论:上皮样肉瘤是一种较罕见恶性肿瘤,形态学复杂多样,免疫组化有利于明确诊断。本瘤部分病例虽然生存期长,但预后并不好,目前上皮样肉瘤治疗首选广泛切除。Objective：To study the clinical and pathological features of epithelioid sarcoma.methods：A case of epithelioid sarcoma in left forearm was studied by histopathological observation and immunohistochemical staining.Results＇The tumor consisted of epithelioid cells and spindle cells,which showed an infiltrative growth pattern with nodular arrangement. Immunohistochemical staining showed cytokeratin（CK）, epithelial membrane antigen （EMA）, vimentin （Vim）, S-100 was positive.Conelusion：Epithelioid sarcoma is an unusual malignant tumor.h has various morphological features and immunohistochemistry can be helpful in making definite pathological diagnosis. Parts of patients lifetime were long, but their prognosis was not well.At present the first choice of epithelioid sarcoma treatment is wide spread excision.
