摘　　要：即刻种植和即刻负荷成功的关键是种植体的初期稳定性,除了宿主因素和医源因素外,影响初期稳定性的关键是种植体的设计。本文就目前种植体的尺寸、外形、表面处理对种植体即刻种植和即刻负荷成功影响的研究进展作一综述。The key to the success of immediate implant and immediate loading lays in the primary stability of dental implant which decided by the design of dental implant in addition to host factors and iatrogenic factors. This review of the literature attempts to address current issues of theoretical investigation and clinical application in selecting dimension, contour and surface treatment of dental implants, and to find the connection between the factors in immediate implant and immediate loading. y stability
