摘 要:磁性附着体已广泛地应用于牙列缺损的义齿修复,但现有的磁性附着体在口腔环境中抗腐蚀性较低,限制其在临床上的广泛应用。本文就新型磁性材料的研发和抗腐蚀性手段的更新两方面进行综述。Magnetic attachments are widely used for prosthodontic treatment. Comparing to conventional attachments utilizing mechanical friction, advantage of magnetic attachments inch, de the lack of visible metal frameworks, simplified tooth preparation, and less traumatic lateral force. One of the problems that limited their wide acceptance to clinicians was the low corrosion resistance of the permanent magnet alloy. Recently, development of new magnetic materials as well as improvement of corrosion resistance of magnet has facilitated the application of magnetic attachment.
