摘　　要：测量上下颌牙齿是否协调常用的经典方法是Bolton指数法。同时,临床中还应用Bolton指数预测矫治后的关系。有关Bolton指数的研究颇多,但许多论点还存在争议。本文就Bolton指数的确定因素、导致Bolton指数不调的原因以及Bolton指数和Bolton指数不调的临床应用作一综述。The Bohon index is usually used to measure the coordination of upper-lower teeth in orthodontic treatment. At the same time, the Bohon index is used to forecast the relation of occlusion after treatment. There are many disputed opinions on Bohon index between the scholars. The purpose of this article to summary the determining factors of Bohon index, the reasons of Bohon tooth-size discrepancy and clinical using of Bohon index and Bolton tooth-size discrepancy.
