摘　　要：采用文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,对以北京、上海和广州的体育健身娱乐业员工服务满意现状进行了研究分析。结果表明:各指标在反映员工服务满意上均具有不同程度的重要性,其中尤以公平公正对待员工发展和提供最佳培训占有较大的权重,因而本文提出了健全人事管理制度、重视培训环节和改善组织文化等建议。Adopting literature study, mathematical statistics, this paper studied the satisfaction state of sports fitness and recreational industry employees in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou, it was revealed that each index sign had different important degree in reflecting the employee＇s satisfaction. Being equally treated and given professional training came top in the list. Suggestions such as improving the personnel management system, emphasizing the professional training and bettering the organizational culture were put forth.
