游离组织瓣移植修复口腔颌面部缺损(附12例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔颌面部游离组织瓣移植术的安全性。方法回顾分析12例患者采用游离腓骨瓣、前臂皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损的安全性。结果12例游离组织瓣中8例为腓骨瓣,4例为前臂皮瓣。修复下颌骨缺损5例,上颌骨缺损3例,舌缺损4例,全部游离组织瓣均获得成活。结论游离组织瓣在口腔颌面部缺损修复中安全可靠,可有效改善患者的生活质量。Objective To review 12 cases with free flap transfer in the oral and maxillofacial region. Methods From October 2001 to October 2006, 12 cases with free flap transfer were performed in our hospital. Among them, 8 had fibula flaps and 4 had radial forearm flaps. Results Five mandiblular defects were reconstructed, 3 maxillary defects were reconstructed, and 4 tongues were reconstructed with the free flaps All the free flaps survived completely with 100% success rate. Conclusions Free flap is reliable for the reconstruction of oral and maxillofaicial defect.
