摘　　要：This paper tries to analyze and present the political consciousness of British neo-Marxist historical school. It points out that historical research is the only necessary means to realize political ideals. Furthermore, it believes that political consciousness of historical school is included in the following idea and theory: namely, claiming socialist humanitarianism in their conception of history; attaching importance to the action of class consciousness; stressing the independence of ideology; and adhering to the principle of production relation with a dominant position.This paper tries to analyze and present the political consciousness of British neo-Marxist historical school.
