晋南地黄品种选育目标及品种适应性研究

摘　　要：2000-2005年，在山西临汾就地黄品种选育目标及不同品种的产量效应、生物学效应及商品性状进行了研究。明确了晋南地区地黄品种选育目标的4个基本性状；生物学效应研究表明，不同品种的出苗率、生长叶片数、单株结薯块数分别最大相差12．5％，11．7片，1．5块；不同品种的鲜重和干重产量存在差异，临地0011较温85品种（CK）鲜重增产11．5％，干重增产17．4％；成熟期4个品种的鲜块商品等级构成存在差异，A＋B级品和A级品分别最大相差18．8％和27．0％；不同品种的折干率最大相差4．1％，参试品种的不同品级的折干率均表现为A〉B〉C〉D。The research on Rehmannia glutinosa variety breeding goal and yield effect, biological effect and commodity character of different variety was conducted in Linfen Shanxi from 2000 to 2005. Four basic traits of Rehmannia glufinosa variety breeding goal in South of Shanxi was identified; there exist variance of yield of fresh weight and dry weight among different variety, and Lindi 0011 was 11.5% more than wen 85 （CK） in fresh weight; 17.4% in dry weight, the most defferenee of germinated ratio, number of leaves and fruit pieces per plant among different varieties were 12.5%, 11.7 and 1.5 respectively. There exist difference in commercial grade composing of 4 varieties in mature period, and the most defferenee of A ＋ B - grade and A -grade was 18.8% and 27.0% respectively; the most defferenee of the ratio of fresh weight to dry weight among different varieties was 4.1%, the ratio of fresh weight to dry weight of different grades of tested varieties showed A 〉 B 〉 C 〉 D.
