摘　　要：This paper attempts to offer scholarly insight into the reasons why creative treason is unavoldaole in literary translation with theoretical support from translation skopos, descriptive translation studies, hermeneutics and linguistic analysis. Meanwhile, the author pointed out that the target text should be analyzed from various angles and more attention should be attached to the mutual influence between the source text and the target text.本文从文学翻译的过程出发，结合翻译目的论、描述学派、阐释学派及语言学派的观点分析了文学翻译中创造性叛逆不可避免的因素所在。同时指明在译作评价时，不能拘泥于译文与原文的简单对比，而要进行多维分析，要看到原作和译作在反映过程中的相互影响。
