摘　　要：为进一步了解和把握高校成人教育管理特性,提高管理水平,可利用自组织理论,分析成人教育管理系统具备耗散结构的条件,即开放性、远离平衡态、存在涨落及非线性等特点。利用自组织理论中的开放性原理、非线性理论、涨落原理等探讨提高成人教育管理水平的途径,认为应该积极建立开放性的管理体系,有效的评价系统,强化内部民主管理机制,并建立高效的管理信息系统。In order to further know the characteristics of the colleges and universities adult education management, and increase the management level, the self-organization theories is used to analyze the management system of the college and universities adult education, and it is pointed out that the conditions for the formation of a dissipation structure are its being open, out of the equilibrium and fluctuation and nonlinear interaction etc. To further improve the adult education system in colleges and universities to achieve its goal, different approaches are discussed by following the open, nonlinearity and fluctuation principles of self-organization theories. And it is concluded that the adult education management in colleges and universities can be further improved by establishing the opening management system, effective evaluation system, enhancing internal democracy management mechanism, combining the efficient information management system.
