槲寄生凝集素抗肿瘤作用及其机制研究进展

摘　　要：槲寄生类植物具有较好的抗肿瘤活性，能够诱导多种肿瘤细胞凋亡。研究表明，槲寄生的主要活性成分凝集素诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡是多途径、多靶点综合作用的结果，如细胞内活性氧的生成、线粒体损伤、激活Caspase蛋白酶、抑制端粒酶活性、激活SEK-JNK信号途径等。据此可以认为槲寄生凝集素在抗肿瘤方面具有广阔的应用前景与深入研究的价值。Mistletoe has significant anti- tumor effect, and is a strong inducer of apoptosis in a variety of tumor cells. It has been proved that the main constituent of mistletoe,mistletoe lectin induces apoptosis of tumor cells by muhible pathways and targets, such as reactive oxygen species production, mitochondrial damage, Caspase activation, telomerase inhibition, activation of SEK-JNK sigaling pathway, etc. Therefore, the authors believe that mistletoe has great potential in the prevention and treatment of tumor and further research is needed.
