摘　　要：乳腺癌作为一种全身性疾病，在其病程早期即可检测出播散肿瘤细胞（DTC）。近年随着检测技术的发展成熟，检测敏感性、特异性均有所提高。该检测对于评价患者个体化疗效、指导临床分期、判断患者预后等方面均有着重要价值。As a systemic disease,disseminated tumor cells can be detected in the early stage of breast cancer. The sensitivity and specificity of the detective methods have been improved in recent years. The detection of disseminated tumor cells holds prospects in bettering clinical staging, monitoring treatment effects and estimating individual＇s prognosis.
