肿瘤标志物在卵巢癌中的应用

摘　　要：以肿瘤抗原125为重点，综述肿瘤标志物在卵巢癌筛查、诊断、指导治疗、估计预后等方面的应用，简要介绍其他尚处于评估或研究阶段的卵巢癌肿瘤标志物，包括激肽释放酶家族、骨桥蛋白、prostasin、溶血磷脂酸、肿瘤相关胰蛋白酶抑制剂、肿瘤相关血清抗原、人附睾蛋白4、蛋白激酶CL。Tumor markers have been widely used in ovarian cancer. This review mainly focuses on CA125 which is used in screening, diagnosis, monitoring treatment and predicting prognosis of ovarian cancer. In addition, it briefly discusses the clinical usage of kallikrein, osteopontin, prostatin, lysophosphatidic acid, tumorassociated trypsin inhibitor, cancer-associated serum antigen, human epididymis 4 and protein kinase CL which are either in the evaluation phase or in the research discovery phase.
