摘  要:黄玉A是浙江大学原子核农业科学研究所用γ射线诱变Ⅱ-32B干种子,经筛选和回交转育而成的黄叶标记籼型不育系。黄玉A自出苗后第1片叶起,叶片就显示黄化特征,黄叶性状在整个生育期间表达稳定。与Ⅱ-32A相比,黄玉A的不育度、抗病性和开花习性较为接近,但柱头总外露率和双外露率明显较低,植株生长势较弱,然而,用黄玉A所配组合不仅优势明显,而且表现出明显的早熟效用。该不育系于2005年9月通过浙江省科技成果鉴定,所配组合黄优C23等在区试中表现出色,显示了良好的应用前景。Huangyu A is an indica CMS line with a marker of yellow leaves developed by the Institute of Nuclear Agricultural Sciences, Zhejiang University. The seeds of Ⅱ-32B were radiated by y rays and some mutants with yellow leaves appeared and were selected in the ME generation. Among them one yellow plant with a stable yellow leaf color in its whole growing period was chosen to cross to Ⅱ-32A and finally the new CMS line designated as Huangyu A was developed through the backcrossing method. Huangyu A was similar to Ⅱ-32A in male sterility, disease resistance and flowering habits, but it had a lower stigma exsertion rate and a weaker growth rate for its yellow leaves than Ⅱ -32A did. However, the Fl hybrids derived from it showed not only a stronger heterosis in grain yield hut also a marked earlier maturity (generally 5 - 7 days earlier than those of Ⅱ-32A). Huangyu A was technically identified in Zhejiang Province in September, 2005, and its hybrids such as Huangyou C23 (Huangyu A/Chihui 23) showed a good performance in regional trials, indicating a good propect for it in hvbrid rice oroduction.
