论公共行政变革与行政主体理论的重构

摘　　要：随着社会的变迁和公共行政的变革,传统的行政主体理论面临着越来越多的困境与挑战,国内学者相继提出了一些完善或重构的思路,有以西方行政主体理论为蓝本的;还有从行政主体的概念入手,要求重新界定其内涵和外延的,等等。本文把公共行政做为行政主体理论重构的逻辑起点,以此做为分析的视角,进而提出重构的一些思路。Nowadays,with the rariance of society and the transform of commonality administration,traditional theory of administration main-body is facing more and more challenges.domestic scholars have responded to this and have put forward some advice of reconstruction to make it perfect.for example some based on west theory of administration main-body and some on the conception of administration main-body proposed to define it renewedly.and so on.this paper view commonality administration as a logical origination of the reconstruction of the transform of commonality administration and then analysed with it and even more has brought out some measures.
