摘　　要：考虑的是具有时滞控制系统的某种广义系统最优控制问题,给出了这种具有时滞系统的近似最优控制的充要条件及其存在性结果．然后借助文献[1]中四步法,求出这种具有时滞的广义时间最优控制的近似最优解．An optimal control of a generalized control system with delay is considered and meanwhile the necessary and sufficient conditions for the approximate optimal time control and the result for its existence are also given in the paper. Then with the help of four-step method in the literature, the approximate optimal solution for the system is worked out.
